Built for Ugandan Operating Conditions
Most Ugandan businesses outgrow spreadsheets long before they replace them. Stock counts stop matching reality, three people keep three different versions of the same file, and nobody can answer a simple question about last month without an afternoon of digging.
We build systems that fit how your business already works rather than forcing you into software designed for somewhere else. Inventory and stock control, booking and scheduling, invoicing, staff dashboards, customer records and internal reporting.
Connectivity here is not guaranteed, so we design for that. Systems tolerate a dropped connection, queue actions taken while offline and sync them when the network returns. Losing signal mid-transaction should not lose the transaction.
Mobile money is how a great many Ugandans pay, so we integrate MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money where a system needs to collect payment. We also build with power interruptions in mind: nothing depends on a machine in your office staying on, and your data lives somewhere it survives a blackout.

What You Get
A system your team can actually run, with training for the people who will use it daily and documentation for whoever maintains it after us. A custom build with logins, dashboards or payments starts from around UGX 1.5m, and we quote a fixed price in writing before any work begins.

How We Build
The first phase is discovery, and it is the part that determines whether the project succeeds. We sit with the people who will use the system daily and map how work actually flows, which is almost never how the org chart says it flows.
We then build in stages, releasing working software you can test early rather than disappearing for months. That means problems surface while they are still cheap to fix, and you are never presented with a finished system that turns out to solve the wrong problem.
Before handover we train your team on the system properly and leave written documentation. You receive the code and the hosting credentials in your own name, so you are never trapped with us.
Integrations That Matter Here
Mobile money is the one that matters most. We integrate MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money collections so customers can pay the way they already pay, rather than being pushed toward a card most of them do not carry.
Where a business needs card payments as well, we work with the gateways that operate reliably in Uganda. We also build for tax compliance where relevant, including invoice formats that align with URA requirements, so your system does not create an administrative problem while solving an operational one.
Everything is designed to degrade gracefully. Poor connectivity slows a good system down; it should never corrupt data or lose a day's work.
Other Services We Offer
Most clients combine two or three of these. If you are not sure where to start, talk to us and we will tell you honestly what will move the needle first.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
01. How long does a custom system take to build?Six weeks or more, depending on scope. We start with a short discovery phase to map how your business actually operates, then build in stages so you see working software early rather than waiting months for a single reveal.
-
02. Can it work on phones as well as computers?Yes. We build responsive systems that work properly on a phone, because in most Ugandan businesses the people entering data are not sitting at a desk.
-
03. What happens if we need changes later? You own the system and the code. We offer ongoing support if you want it, but you are never locked in, and another developer can pick up the work because we document what we build.
