Local Timing, Local Language, Local Culture
In Uganda, social media is not a marketing channel sitting alongside the business. For many companies it is the shopfront, the catalogue and the customer service desk all at once, and a message left unanswered on Instagram is a customer lost to whoever replies faster.
We run accounts properly: planned content, consistent posting, and replies that actually happen. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp Business, managed by people who are here and understand how Ugandan audiences respond.
Posting schedules copied from American marketing blogs do not work here. Ugandan engagement has its own rhythm shaped by commuting hours, load-shedding patterns and when data bundles renew. We schedule around how people here actually use their phones.
Tone matters just as much. Content that mixes English with Luganda where it fits naturally, references that land locally, and an understanding of which national moments a brand can join and which it should stay out of. We branded and built the market strategy for Mr. Crocs UG, and that work was grounded in exactly this kind of local reading.

How We Run an Account
Every month begins with a content calendar you approve before anything is produced. You always know what is going out and when, and nothing is published in your name that you have not seen.
We then produce, schedule and publish, and we monitor the accounts through the day so comments and messages get answered while the interest is still live. Response speed is where most Ugandan businesses quietly lose customers, and it is usually the fastest thing to fix.
At month end you get a report covering what was published, what performed, what did not, and what we intend to change. We report honestly, including the months where numbers went the wrong way.
WhatsApp Is the Real Sales Channel
For a great many Ugandan businesses, Instagram and Facebook generate the interest but the sale actually closes on WhatsApp. Treating WhatsApp as an afterthought is one of the most common and most expensive mistakes we see.
We set up WhatsApp Business properly: a catalogue customers can browse, quick replies for the questions you answer twenty times a day, away messages that manage expectations outside working hours, and labels so nobody falls through the cracks. It is unglamorous work and it converts better than almost anything else we do.
Other Services We Offer
Most clients combine two or three of these. If you are not sure where to start, talk to us and we will tell you honestly what will move the needle first.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
01. Which platforms should our business be on?Rarely all of them. We look at where your customers actually are and recommend two or three you can sustain well, because three neglected accounts do more damage than one active account.
-
02. Do you handle replies and customer messages?Yes, if you want us to. We can manage comments and direct messages within agreed hours and escalate anything that needs your input. Many clients start here because response speed is where they are losing business.
-
03. Do you run paid advertising as well?Yes. We can plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok. Ad spend is billed separately and transparently, and you keep ownership of the ad account.
